Termination of Service and Access Policy

1. Changes in Legal Status

Significant changes to a merchant's legal status may result in service termination. These include:

  • Dissolution or bankruptcy of the business
  • Substantial ownership or control changes
  • Change in business legal structure without prior notification
  • Merger or acquisition not disclosed to SRCheckFlow

2. Financial Instability

Indicators of financial instability include:

  • Inability to maintain positive account balances for extended periods
  • Failure to pay invoices or service fees
  • Multiple disputed transactions indicating customer dissatisfaction
  • History of excessive chargebacks or refund requests

3. Regulatory Concerns

SRCheckFlow may suspend or terminate service for regulatory reasons:

  • Regulatory investigations or compliance violations
  • Involvement in sanctioned countries or OFAC violations
  • Criminal activities or legal proceedings
  • Non-compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements

4. Service Violation

Violations of our service terms may trigger termination:

  • Processing transactions without proper customer authorization
  • Using eChecks for prohibited products or services
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Exceeding transaction volume limits without notice
  • Failure to respond to SRCheckFlow inquiries

5. Termination Procedures

For voluntary termination of your account:

  • Submit a formal termination request via registered email
  • Ensure all outstanding obligations are resolved
  • Wait for confirmation of service discontinuation
  • Retrieve essential data before access is permanently suspended

6. Post-Termination Obligations

Upon service termination, you are required to:

  • Cease use of all SRCheckFlow services and software
  • Discontinue all transactions via our platform immediately
  • Delete references to Paycron from your website and marketing
  • Remove any intellectual property or branding materials
  • Return or destroy Paycron proprietary information

7. Data Retention and Access

Upon termination, the following applies:

  • Your account and associated data will be terminated
  • Access to the portal and all services will be immediately suspended
  • SRCheckFlow is not responsible for retaining access to your data beyond the cancellation date
  • You are responsible for backing up any essential data before the cancellation process is finalized

8. Liability for Compensation

SRCheckFlow will not be liable for any compensation, reimbursement, or damages resulting from:

  • Loss of data or inability to access your account
  • Business interruption due to service termination
  • Loss of revenue or customer relationships
  • Any indirect or consequential damages
