You retain the right to cancel your SRCheckFlow service at any time, in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation of service can be initiated at your discretion, but please be aware of the following important details regarding refunds, fees, and account status requirements.
2. Cancellation Process
To initiate the cancellation of your Paycron service, please follow the outlined procedure:
- Cancellation Request: Send a formal cancellation request via registered email to our dedicated support address: support@srcheckflow.com. Ensure that your email includes all necessary account details, such as your account number and the reason for cancellation, to facilitate a smooth and timely processing of your request.
- Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, SRCheckFlow will acknowledge your request and confirm the receipt via email. We will provide you with further instructions if needed and inform you of any remaining obligations or final steps required to complete the cancellation process.
3. Potential Fees and Obligations
The following fees and obligations may apply to your account cancellation:
- Cancellation Fees: Depending on your service plan and usage, cancellation fees may apply. These fees are designed to cover administrative costs and any contractual obligations. Please consult your service agreement for specific fee details.
- Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances or fees that have accrued up to the point of cancellation will be due and payable. The responsibility for any remaining account balances or fees outlined in the service agreement is your obligation.
- Data Retention and Access: Upon cancellation, access to your account and any associated data will be immediately terminated. SRCheckFlow will not be responsible for retaining access to your data beyond the cancellation date.
4. Renewal and Billing Cycles
Please note the following regarding billing cycles and renewal:
- Cancellation requests are processed at the end of your current billing cycle
- If you cancel within a billing period, you may still be charged for that entire period
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise specified
5. Post-Cancellation Obligations
After your account is cancelled, you must:
- Cease all use of SRCheckFlow services immediately upon cancellation
- Discontinue processing any new eCheck transactions through our platform
- Remove all SRCheckFlow branding and references from your website and marketing materials
- Delete or securely dispose of any proprietary materials or software provided by SRCheckFlow
- Comply with all data protection and confidentiality requirements
6. Data Deletion and Retention
Regarding your data:
- Once your account is cancelled, access to your account and any associated data will be terminated
- SRCheckFlow is not responsible for retaining or providing access to your data following cancellation
- You are responsible for backing up any essential data before initiating the cancellation process
- Transaction history and records may be retained as required by law
7. No Compensation for Cancellation
SRCheckFlow will not be liable for any compensation or damages resulting from account cancellation, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or inability to access your account
- Business interruption or loss of revenue
- Loss of customer relationships or transaction opportunities
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Costs associated with transition to alternative services
8. Reactivation of Cancelled Accounts
Once an account is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use SRCheckFlow services again, you will need to create a new account and go through the standard approval process.
